The hotel had mixed experiences with very clean and welcoming elements but also some disappointments like the lack of proper sun-blocking curtains. The location offers a stunning view of Haifa Bay, perfect for visiting the Baha'i Gardens, yet some maintenance issues affect the overall experience.

The hotel has a stunning location near the Bahai Gardens and promenades, filled with plenty of dining options and attractions. While the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, they felt a bit damp at times. The service was a mix of genuine friendliness and occasional lack of English competence. The overall experience was positive, with a good range of seasonal dining choices but a slightly limited menu. The facilities were well-kept and inviting.

Initially, I was given a standard room on the 7th floor which was not pleasant with damp, stained carpet and a double bed made of two singles with different sheets. However, the modern rooms with great views were spacious and clean, offering plenty of room for our belongings.

Upon arrival, I found the hotel's lobby to be nice, but unfortunately, the rooms did not meet the expectations. The service, however, was genuinely friendly and helpful, making me feel like part of the family. The location was perfect for my needs, easy to get around, but a slight issue with the early sunlight. The dining experience offered a carefully selected range of local Israeli foods but could improve. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
